Ashtanga MPS Yoga

Explore the 8 limbs of Ashtanga yoga, Move and breathe throughout this physical 1 hour set Ashtanga mps sequence, practicing Suryahamaskar A & B, standing, sitting postures combined with Vinyasas. Holding the poses for 5 ujjayi breaths, gaining focus and allowing the body to deepen in the asanas.

Beginner Yoga

Suitable for all levels, especially if your new to yoga and want to learn the basics and develop your practise, these classes will be a gentle flow, slowly warming the body up and being kind to our bodies, allowing time to enter the yoga asanas, and understanding the postures with every inhale and exhale, relaxing the body and the mind, ready to take on the day.

Private/Corporate/Online classes available
